Decentralized cooperation

ADR is the animator and facilitator of the decentralized cooperation established between the region of PACA – France and several municipalities in south Lebanon.

The partnership offers a frame of structural cooperation, relying on the economic, scientific, touristy and cultural potentials of each region’s territories, creating favorable conditions to build up sustainable prosperity and peace. The themes of intervention are :
